Oh my! I just may have to break down and do this. One of each per color. I was trying to talk myself out of it, but looks like you have just given me reason to do it! :)
I just bought one of these - and I love it :p Not only do they hold a sponge, dauber, and eye shadow appliator for each color - you can also put in there the stampin' round ink cartridges. both regular and jumbo sizes!! Everything is easy to find and right at your finger tips!!

Wow! I think this is awesome! Where did you get it? and do you use a whole sponge for each color or cut them into quarters? I have always wondered what people do?!?!?!?!?
