I chose this Gemstone Soap as my inspiration - I loved both the colors and the randomness of the design.
I stamped some small clusters of hearts onto watercolor paper and embossed with clear powder then did a watercolor wash with Twinkling H2O's. (Beautiful sparkle & shine IRL but hard to capture in the picture). While that was drying, I die cut the vines of passion heart, adhered it over the wash, framed with a narrow edge of Neon pink for more pop and then adhered to my white card base.
