The top panel on this card was a shim I used to die cut the cabin in the woods die cut. Got a very wonderful deep impression and could not throw it away.
Took the shim piece and placed it down into my black and green inks after they were misted with water! Once dry I applied Versamark ink and then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
Wanted the outlines to show up more so I added white Nuvo drops around the outline of the cabin and a few as drops of snow!!

At first I thought this was that soot stamping, which I have never been successful at, but when I was checking details I see if was not. You captured the blacks and grays with that pop of green in a very unique way!
