Shortly after returning home from church on Sunday, I learned of the shooting in FBC Sutherland Springs TX. The news was heart-wrenching. As I followed the developing coverage I became more and more saddened. I often choose to stamp/color/create as a way of relaxing during stressful times... so I did that this afternoon. This card is a reflection of my feelings... we need to love one another. The senseless tragedies seem to come much too frequently. If only people didn't hate, didn't wreak havoc on others... but instead had love for others, then maybe these scenarios would cease.
I tore one of the edges on my card to represent broken/torn situation going on. I sponged ink to show that we are a damaged world. But the focal point is the image - Unity Love One Another.

Jeanette, what a meaningful card this morning. I love that image, your paper, and I certainly understand the torn part. Your image and the sentiment is a great message to us. God help us!

Great card to make in memory/honor/reflection of the shootings. It is a biblical message He sends us all the time and most likely wonders why our small little brains can't get it! I love this card, Jeanette!!!
