What a great color combo this week! I watercolored this flower using all four of this week's Color Combo colors - Pear, Honey, Rose Red, and Turquoise. You may be wondering where I colored the blue. Look at the leaves. You'll see that I used both Pear and Turquoise on all the leaves. That was a fun experiment, and I liked it so much, I left it just like that. :-) I watercolored the Honey ink all around the edges of the flowers and leaves for that sun-kissed aura.

I saw that little bit of blue on the leaves even before I read your description. The flower is one of my favorites and you did a fantastic job coloring it! The Turquoise mat really brings out the color in the leaves!
