I got this kitten stamp last year, and really love it! Of course, I'm thoroughly a cat person anyway, so anything feline I'm generally all over. I stamped it in the corner of a white A2-size cardstock panel with Tuxedo Black ink. I colored it (to look like our youngest, Barney) with my Prismacolor pencils, using Gamsol on paper stumps to blend out the colors & create shading. Finally, I used a black glaze pen to darken up the pupils in his eyes, and a white gel pen to add the catch lights.
I thought this greeting went perfectly with this pensive pussycat, and stamped that nestled around the holly in his hat with Tuxedo Black. I used my MISTI for that, so I could double-stamp it and get a nice dark impression.
After I'd finished everything to this point, all the white space at the top just bothered me. So I ended up die cutting with a border die, and backing that area with patterned paper from my scrap stash. I feel much better about the design now!

Oh my goodness, what a cute image! You have a good handle on CAS cards - I love your layout here, and that tucked in Christmas paper in perfect balance. Pinning this to our favorites board! Thank you so much for playing along with my Falliday Fest challenge!

This is the most adorable Kitten! I love his Santa hat! The Scalloped card top and DP above it along with your excellent coloring makes a wonderful Christmas Card!

Great choice for a card you are proud of! The cat is adorable, your colouring is fabulous, and I love the touch of dp at the top that ties to the holly on the cat's hat.
