This challenge was a bit tough for me. I didn't have any stamps or digital images already that really "spoke" to me. I didn't want to buy a stamp that I might not use again. I finally decided to look for a treat-themed sticker. I wanted a nice, large-ish, dimensional one (think Jolee's Boutique) that could be an easy focal point. But I couldn't find anything that would really work. I finally (after about 15-20 minutes of wandering around Michael's) found this set of stickers of decorated Christmas cookies--BINGO! I had to adhere each one to white cardstock & fussy cut them out, because they are translucent and I could see what was behind when I layered them.
For my card design, I used Sketch B-15 from Operation Write Home. I die cut a light blue circle, and used a smaller circle die to trace in the middle of that with a light blue pencil, to create a "plate" look. I matted that with a slightly larger darker blue circle, to be the plate's rim. Then I arranged all my cookie stickers on that, and glued them down.
I cut a piece of candy patterned paper from my scrap stash to 4.25" square, and adhered it to a card base of the same size. I adhered my circle to the top, hanging off, so the card overall measures A2 size. Finally, I cut a strip of the same light blue cardstock & printed the greeting that I'd created in Photoshop on that. I adhered that to my card front to finish off this card. Of course, now I have 24 more of the same stickers! Maybe another 3 cards?
