I couldn't let this spots of color technique go by without doing something a little more elaborate than my one spot on my last upload, Skeleton Witches, though this card was even easier. I stamped the kitty on card stock and then again on a piece of copy paper, cutting out that image and laying it over the first, making a reverse mask. Daubed randomly with a round sponge dauber and I got an instant calico kitty. Mounted kitty on a second piece of card stock that I spot colored around the edges to make a matching border. Both of those were added onto a clean white card. Added a piece of Washi tape for the sentiment.

So glad I took a closer look at your kitty. He attracted me from the thumbnail. Looking closer, I love the matching border. Such a genius use of the technique--making an accent piece!
