"Necessity is the mother of invention"...and this is true for my ornament. I had the hoop, but not the burlap, so I used green broadcloth that I had in my fabric stash. Since that fabric would hold a pinked edge where burlap would not, that is my "outside" adornment.(It did not photograph well...I need a photo stylist). I must say, the whole project came together much easier than I anticipated and was fun!

Resouceful & creative... the pinked edge of your green material resembles holly leaves giving it a the appearance of a wreath. Your adorable snowman is the star of your project!

I *heart* that you colored your snowman Sallie,
hubs and I have been making many goodwill runs the last few weekends, and I cleaned up my fabric stash ( and hid it in a not see through box) ( in the back of a closet) so, it took me forever to find mine. I was so relieved (finally) hahaha. so, I "get" that and the green is perfect.
