These started off as simple yellow happy faces on a plastic shopping bag. I rubbed orange and cranberry Stazon ink over the happy faces and then changed the plain happy face smiles into pumpkin faces with a sharpie. I cut out the circles and then carefully applied a heat gun to each face holding it down with a chopstick so it wouldn't escape. I flipped the face over, back and forth a few times, as I blew to help add a little control to the scrunching that happens in this unpredictable process. I also wear a respirator while doing this so I don't breathe in any plastic fumes. I also heat scrunched the pumpkin tops and attached all with glue dots to my card base. Finished it with a strip of Halloween Washi tape.
