Well... This started out as trying to follow the sketch at Global Design Project and Sugar Pea Designs as they are pretty similar. My design kind of exploded, so that my accent pieces became very large. I guess I could flip it to make it fit. Oh well!! I started off thinking I would use one flower. I had one purple flower from my stash, but it wasn't quite right. So, I got out some older inks. That one wasn't quite right either, but then when I put them together - that was the ticket!! My plaid is from ages ago. I woke up thinking about it, because I knew I was wanting to use my purple flower and it worked perfectly for the CAS446. My friend recently took me out to lunch for my birthday and her gift was purple. That is a GORGEOUS piece of plaid...so love blues and lavendars together! For me, the pièce de résistance is your beautiful blooms...so love your coloring and shading and so perfect with your plaid! Love your tag sentiment as well...BEAUTIFUL card!
