DD8ABC3C: this week we are on the letter C. My Cs are Curly Label punch, Close as a Memory stamp set, corners. The double challenge was to cut something out with an x-acto knife, which I didn't do.
SC660: I used this week's sketch with some minor modifications.
Our cards are going to Dani, the founder of the Alphabet challenge. She loves pink and butterflies which helped determine the direction of the card. Using a variety of papers, I created a happy, pink sunburst background. I used markers to color the floral arrangement and stamped it then cut with the oval framelits - one of my sketch modifications. I sponged the edge with Melon Mambo. I stamped the corner stamp on the Curly label punch and clear embossed it. I also clear embossed the sentiment.
I added gold stickles to the flower centers, punched the butterfly, drew antennae. The oval is popped up from the sunburst background panel.
Thanks for looking.

Amazing card. Love the paper sunburst background. How sweet of you to use Dani's favorite color and butterflies. Love how you cut the curly label punch in half, so creative. Well done. TFS

Lovely card done in shades of pink(with a touch a green). You did a fantastic job creating your sunburst bg by piecing all the DPs. The floral focal point is delicate and lovely.

Catherine, what a beautiful card this is! I really love this sunburst bg you created in such pretty papers, and the stamped flower bouquet is so perfect for Dani who is in recovery mode now. I love this green piece you stamped and punched out- that is so unique and really highlights your image panel. Dani is really going to appreciate this card a lot Catherine. ~Karen.
