After stamping and die cutting the candles, I used the inlaid die cutting method to adhere them to the circle. (I die cut 2 circles, die cut the candles out of one, covered the second with 2 sided tape and adhered together. Then when I put the stamped candles back into the openings, they were attached due to the tape on the 2nd circle.) Embossed my sentiment and dry embossed the bg panel, and the rest is straightforward. Used sparkly clear gems for the candles (so pretty IRL).

the inlaid candles are fantastic, and thanks for telling us how you did it, I was peering at the pic trying to figure it out! the embossing on the background is a nice touch, adds some movement for the flames. Very pretty card!
