I tried both of the faux torn paper and the faux pressed flowers. I sponged the oxide inks onto the white using the faux torn paper technique, then I stamped oxide walnut stain over the top with my French script SU stamp, and an SU stamp from a retired set.
I have decided to give my old Stampin' Up stamps a little coverage this week and prove to the world that it's not all about the latest and greatest to create a pretty card. Use what you have in a new way and you might surprise yourself with the results.

Love, love the torn effect. I'm glad someone tried that option! And combining it with the pressed flowers was an inspired idea. This is like an old bed quilt.
