This for Kittie’s DTGD Challenge. Also, for the WTUI Challenge – shoes. I think of flip flops as shoes because I wear them all the time and all year long (almost). I like to have my flip flops with bling, so I added rhinestones to the ones on my card. I used a long card length for a change. I added embossing, sponging and speckles for sand and used polka-dot paper. All the stamped items would be found in the sand. Added pearls and shells for fun. TFL

I always loved the birds in that set, and have looked at it a couple of times - but I've got plenty of shore birds . The little pearls and shells are sweet. I think flip-flops definitely class as shoes.

What a fabulous summertime card this is Diane! I love how you have placed your small images to their best advantage, and the polka dot dsp is perfect for the beach. I love the depth you achieved with these sweet little birds, your sand, tiny sea shells and pearls. This is going right into my favs! ~Karen.

Can you believe in all my shoe collection I do not own flip flops? It's true! I don't like how they feel between my toes. Super cute card! Great beachy theme. Thank you for playing along in the Shoe challenge.
