I created the background by sponging DOX inks onto the embossed panel. Spritzed with water to mottle and blend the colors. Next, I used gold ink on the scrollwork ef to stamp the colored panel, it's quite subtle. Added the flourish and tag and finished up with some liquid glass accents that took on the ink colors when dry.
