Still playing with new toys - that fun Mama Elephant post-it note and a Lawn Fawn for Ellen Hutson set.
Stamped and colored the post-it note. Created sentiment using Mama Elephant sentiment + partial sentiment from Lawn Fawn set. Fussy cut. I had tried something different for the post it and ended up not liking it, so I layered it under this one for added dimension.
Die cut Diamond Bling panel with MFT In&Out Stitched Squares die. Matted to black panel.
Stamped, colored and die cut monkey, single banana and bunch of bananas. Die cut 2nd monkey and bunch of bananas for dimension.
Assembled card using pop-dots on part of the monkey and the bunch of bananas. I couldn't really figure out a good way to add shadow under my monkey, so I opted to cut a small DSP strip left over from yesterday's card to ground him instead.
Finished off by adding Wink of Stella to the bananas and the monkey's cheeks. Used white gel pen to add polka dots to the clip.
Inside sentiment "Need I say more?"
This will go in the Send a Smile stash.
TFL!

I love the simple, sweet beauty of your cards, Debbie. And Lawn Fawn is becoming a real favorite for me since I now have a little monkey who is turning 5 years old on Wednesday!!! The years are flying by. This sweet card is going into my FAV's

Such a HEART-WARMING card! So love that beautifuly colored little cutie! But I'm not stopping there...the colors you chose give such a great punch to your card...love lime and yellow with that touch of brown. Washi at the base of image, a perfect finishing touch!
