I brushed the water color over the background using a very wet brush! After I was happy with the colors I wadded up four small pieces of Saran Wrap smashed them over the watercolored background and used something heavy to hold them in place to let dry! To brighten up some of the colors I took Jennifers advise and sponged in some Distress Inks to brighten some areas! The land scape was then stamped over the background!

This is amazing! I tried this technique and it didn't work very well for me - pretty, but not much texture. Maybe I didn't use enough water. Love yours, however. Faved!!
