This is for Karen's Try a New Technique Challenge-Do a Double Take. Use two stencils on top of each other to create your background. My DD gave me her stencils when she moved. I used the mini brick one first, sponged with Calypso Coral. I swiped over it with Cajun Craze to give it the uneven color of bricks. Then I laid the vine stencil on top and sponged with Old Olive. Mat it with Cajun Craze and raise up on Dimensionals on an Old Olive card base. Then I white embossed a small thank you on a scrap and punched it out. Put it at the bottom with an enamel dot. At top, I tied some linen thread. Love the stenciling results; will do this technique again. Hope you can try it! TFL

Diane well done! I really like your stenciling especially the touch about swiping the brick stenciling with the Cajun Craze to make the uneven color. And bricks and vines just go together. Well done!
