WT642 = Let's strip! I used the bargello technique for my bg.
After I had made the bargello panel, I sponged on some TH Oxide inks and then added water drops. SCSer Chatterbox-1 spoke of using some "Bath and Body Works Diamond Shimmer Mist" on her cards. I bought some at my local shop and it works beautifully. The salesperson was a little flummoxed when I told her how I was going to use it. : ) Of course, the results do not show up in my photo.

So...is your card scented then? Or is it just for the shimmer. Cool idea either way. I didn't realize you used the Bargello technique here. It looks woven. Beautiful card and perfect with that sentiment!

Your 'autumn of their life' branches with the pearl accents makes such a lovely visual for that awesome sentiment. - I too, thought you had woven this bg but upon close examination I can see the bargello patterns - The whole thing is just such a lovely blending of color & pattern unlike the usual stark contrasts of many bargello pieces.

Love blues and greens together! The single white tree and sentiment are just right to keep from covering your technique! Thanks for the tip about the Shimmer Mist!
