I was trying to make a double stencil card, but my stencils were not overlapping enough to meet that challenge, so I am sticking to the CAS challenge. I used distress inks for the sky, forgetting to clean my stencil before applying the blue, so now the sky has some green. I left it as I liked it. I moved the star stencil all over trying to make sand. Then I blended a bit more Kraft color over the area to help the sand along. The sandcastle and seashells are from the GKD set and the palm tree and sentiment are from TSOL set.
I came back and added it to the Technique challenge, after Karen posted her comment. Thanks for great challenges.

Love how you used your stenciling for the sand. This card is fabulous and fun.

I like the way you overlapped your stencils and I say it totally qualifies for the challenge so add it if you want to.
Thanks so much for playing along with my challenge!
Sweet summertime card.

Love the colors on your card. The stenciled sun rays and patterned sand are super together. The little sandcastle is the perfect accent to complete your card. I agree...it fits the double stencil challenge as well!
