Mary is our hostess this week and she has chosen dapper denim, real red, smoky slate, whisper white and for dessert: something patriotic...I subbed Night of Navy for denim and passed on dessert this week.
Die cut my panel with a stitched die, and then sponged the scene - starting with the rocks in the foreground, masking that, then the lighthouse, masking that, followed by the sea, more masking and finally sponged the opposite shoreline and sky. Removed masks, stamped the sentiment, matted in navy cs, and then popped up with dimensionals - I am so happy with how this turned out!
