Part of the challenge for this card entry into the alpha challenge was to improve last alpha challenge which was letter J and the original card was called Joyful Flag. Which also was entered in to the Tickle Teapot Challenge. And I truely don't think the card needed any improvements because it was perfect in my eyes as is!! So since it was a tickle teapot enter someone will be enjoying it as is! But here is a cased and the so called improvement is I added a sentiment. And I still didn't want to cover up the majestic of all the dry embossing I selected a very tiny sentiment with a giant meaning. "So Proud Of You" Because this one is definitely going to my grandson Shevyrs who's over in Virginia servering there. And we are definitely so proud of him. Especially his grandma!!! Me!!
This card will also be added to the teapot make a flag gallery along side the original of this cased card. Both harmed no stamps in making this card and love the use of the knit ef cut into strips for the stripes and a star ef for all the textured stars. Also the red and blue ink to highlight the white CS.
Mahalo much to Pam over in Hilo for the wonderful embossed sentiment used here and for the many other stuff you sent for my grandsons cards.

Incredible card, yes! You did a fabulous job. Love the added sentiment for "improvement" and the double challenge on Letter I. Love the red/white/blue, the torn paper star, the embossed banners and the star embossing. Well done! I like it. TFS

I'm still amazed at how well you hand tore those stars! Incredible! I like the sponging you did around the sentiment strip. And thank you for protecting your stamps, ha!

Yes, I had to smile at stating that your card needed no improvement, as I agree as well. But the sentiment is good to add and I am sure your grandson will love getting this.

This is an excellent CASE of your already wonderful Patriotic card. I agree that your card was just right as it was, but this teeny tiny banner really does have a huge impact for your DGS without taking away from the beauty of this magestic card! ~Karen.
