This week's Mix-Ability challenge had me trying a couple of techniques on one card, as well as a new stamp set (Lighthearted Leaves, which I love!). I started with a kraft card and stenciled a swirly vine pattern on it with coffee ink. I stamped the large leaf image on reddish-brown cardstock with walnut stain ink and cut out with a craft knife. I highlighted with gold pen and set aside.
I cut a square and a--what would you call this, a fancy square or bracket square? -- from scraps of pattern paper and layered them together on the card, then added the leaf with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of tan paper and stuck the enamel sticker to it, and then to the card, finishing it with 2 copper brads in the label holes.
Thanks for looking!
