This is my card for the Ways to Use it challenge; Pearls. I've used pearls for the embellishments.
I've used my new to me Butterfly edger dies.I didn't cut into the card base, I've attached the borders. Thus the reason for using the fun foam for backing on the main panel. I colored this Penny Black image with the cream chalks. You have to work fairly fast, as they dry quickly. They are also waxed based, so they repel water. Good if you do a watercolor background.
I've added lavender and green half pearls for embellishment.

I was just sitting here staring at my screen wondering what to do next when your beautiful card popped up! I love your butterfly border....couldn't be any prettier.....and I LOVE those teeny tiny butterflies that you use!

Beautiful color choices on your lovely card, Jennifer. The butterfly border edging is a creative "jennifer touch". Your cards are so enjoyable to look at.
