For Tricia's challenge seen here. I did cut just the edges of the background with the Tim Holtz die and then used color dusting brushes to add in the distress inks for this background. So the base and its mat were originally off white colors to start with. Sometimes I think that hides the spots you miss with color more than the whites do.
