For today's Backgrounds challenge, I used my "new to me" top notes die- and used the direct to paper swipe technique for my fish background and also my dc background. Applied a mist of water and rubbed my inked background with a paper towel to distribute the color and add some lint for texture. Blow dried the panel, and used a grey inked panel, stamped and crumpled. Finished with some mini brads and a batik style fabric strip, along with a metallic mesh segment.

Julia, the fish and metallic mesh are perfect together! I've always loved the Sizzix Bigz Top Note die, and glad to see you use it on your lovely card, Julia!
