Kia, this was a fun challenge and it gave me a great "excuse" to try out the embossing folder I just picked up at Tuesday morning for 99 cents. SO this card is not only CAS but a bargain too!!!
I brayer the inside of the folder with calypso rainbow ink - laid in a piece of glossy white cardstock and ran through my Big Shot. - Vibrant, bg in less than a minute! Fashioned a tag out of a scrap of white with an assortment of punches and stamped on my greeting. I Finished by twisting on a fuzzy wire ribbon and attached my tag to that - then mounted the entire piece onto the periwinkle card base. - Quick - easy and definitely not your plain white bg!!

Linda this sure is pretty! I love the colors you used and the white silhouettes are beautiful with this.
