This is for Roberta's Color Challenge with dessert - ribbon or twine. This is a new set for me. I've been eyeballing it for a long time and I finally purchased it. Before getting my feet wet with it, I scanned through the gallery. There are a lot of beautiful card and ideas for inspiration. This one stood out the most for me today:
I changed the colors of course, re-positioned the leaves and butterfly, changed the sentiment and added the postmark. The stamped lines and postmark reminded me of air mail and an era gone by when packages were tied up instead of taped, so I used Linen Thread for dessert. I applied Wink of Stella on the butterfly. I had to substitute Tangerine Tango ink for the stamping around the edges, as I only have cardstock in the retired Tangelo Twist color. Thanks for looking!

This is really pretty, Diane. I like the way you've placed the greenery on its side giving movement to your card! Well done! I've had this set since it came out and just love all the stamps it has~

Lovely case of Gosia's card - That fern image is super and I bet it would make a great smack down too. Love the subtle miniature honeycomb in the bg too.
