I started by painting a rainbow wash using my own technique of coloring the ends of my brush with markers - spritzing with a fine mist of water and then swooshing across the card base. While that was drying, I die cut the small circles bg but I did not anticipate how lacy it would turn out so getting it glued to my base was a challenge in itself. To complete the motif Challenge I stamped & embossed the sentiment Then die cut both the sentiment and framing with nesting pierced circles. This was adhered with mounting foam tape.

That is really fun- looking die! Perfect for the challenge. The soft rainbow background is really pretty too; thanks for describing how you created it.
