It was interesting using the colors for this week's Challenge. I tend to gravitate toward brown and cream for my neutrals; I kind of forget gray is there but I really like how this card turned out. I was frustrated trying to get a good pic; in person the colors are lighter and brighter.
I made the card from cardstock I got YEARS ago in some printer's surplus and scraps. It has the colored outside but white inside, which I like because I don't have to take the step of attaching light paper inside a darker colored card!
I punched a bunch of hexagons from light blue and light pink papers and played with them on the card til I liked the arrangement, then glued them down. I added the diecut (no idea who made the die, I got it in a grab bag of assorted die cuts from Ebay!) and glued just down the center of the butterfly so I could push the wings up for some dimension. Finished with some pink rickrack along the edge of the card and a couple of sequins.

Well done with the colors. It's terrific that you could use up some of your supplies. I like the hexagons. The butterfly is pretty. The rick-rack looks great. I like how you put the sentiment on an angle. The sequins are a nice touch. Great job! TFS
