I found this a really challenging color challenge! I couldn't find variations of the three colors that went well together but eventually after digging and digging through my scraps, I came up with a combination I liked. All little scraps so the names/makers of the particular papers are long gone.
I started with a kraft premade card and inked the edges with my faithful medium brown Marvy Matchable that I've had since the late 90s. Seriously! Never ran out, never dried out. I have a yellow and a dark brown that I still use as well. But I think medium brown is done for, because the pad itself was crumbling as I used it to ink the edges of the card and the pieces of pattern paper! Makes me a little sad, the little fella has been with me a long time!
Anyway, after I mourned my faithful ink pad, I attached the paper scraps with tape runner and topped with the dimensional sticker, then finished by stamping the sentiment. Makes a nice card for lots of occasions -- birthday, hello, love etc. but I think my sweetie is gonna swipe it for her mom's Mother's Day card!
