I made a kind of zig-zag card for the base of my card by making a slit in the middle part ( see little photo).
My background PP is from HOTP 4114: Sara papers.
All the wine corks are from a paper napkin.
The Grape die cut is from Marianne Design: LR0366, cut three times in green blue and brown.
I sponged the embossing part of the grapes with darker blue and the wine glass with red.
The sentiment die cut (Get well ) is from Marianne design: LR0220.
The stamped sentiment is from Joy Crafts;
Stamped with Versafine majestic blue and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
It says" A card to sheer you up".
I added an iron charm wine bottle with a piece of red ribbon to one of the corks for further embellishment.

Great card! I love the row of corks and the wine bottle images! Your embellishments are terrific! Super cluster of grapes and wine glass! Definitely a nice glass of wine and a quiet moment to enjoy it in fixes many a bad day! :-)

I want your doctor, who wouldn't love a prescription for wine. I love all the details you put in your cards. I've been wanting to do some wine cards, thanks for the inspiration.

This is very cute and pretty. I like the corks and wine bottles. I think this doctor is pretty special. My doctor didn't prescribe anything like this for me this week.

What a great fold, Niki. I especially like the right-hand panel with the row of corks and the glass. Love the background paper too, I think I used to have that pad and now they are nearly all gone. I loved the script ones.
