I downloaded the image and printed it onto the watercolor paper, cut a mask from shelf liner, then tapped into Color Burst blue, green, and yellow, and scrunched cling wrap over the top. Let it dry in the sun, removed the mask, and colored with Derwent Inktense and watercolor brush. Added the bubbles in black then went over the circles with white Gelly Roll pen. Added gold Wink of Stella to the eyes, grass and bubbles. Drew in the sea grass and stamped with Smile! from Janie's Girls.
