First I stamped all the outlines for the flowers on Shimmery White Cardstock. I stamped a couple at a time with VersaMark ink and then added gold embossing powder. I love watercoloring embossed images because it is easier to stay within the lines which provide a waterproof barrier of sorts. The large flowers are colored with Flirty Flamingo and then Melon Mambo for the shading. The smaller flowers are colored first with Peekaboo Peach and then Pumpkin Pie for the shading. I chose Calypso Coral to mat the panel because it is a mix of the pinks and peaches I used to watercolor. The card base and mats for the sentiment are Bermuda Bay.
