I found this really fun box here that I just had to make. There are also videos on how to make it if you search 'twisted box'. When you open it, the inside is an inverted pyramid. There is a second one on the other end. I made my box so that both ends open. You can also access the bottom section by untwisting the box. I thought the explanation for getting the box to twist into shape was awkward, and found an easier way to do it. I will try to explain it.
All the vertical folds are mountain folds & the diagonal folds are valley folds. Be sure that all of them are creased well before gluing. Glue the box into a tube and lay it flat so it looks like a normal box. Then fold the first angle over & flatten so it looks like an X. Grab the right and left edge on the upper half of the box. While gently pushing toward the center, the hand holding the closer portion will twist away from you and the other hand will twist toward you. This action should make the entire box twist correctly & you can close the top and bottom.
