I learned how to use the Stampendous Creative Pallet Round Set in a class taught by Sandy Brien at the Stamp Art Shoppe. We brayered neon re-inkers onto the round pallette and then impressed texture stamps. Then we burnished paper over the pallette to create this beautiful tropical background. The fish is stamped separately on white paper and colored with re-inkers. We added some cute embellies including die cut coral, raffia and a small star fish. I love the neon inks for this tropical look!

Fish is good! I love your card, the fish is amazing and I absolutely love the reef (is that what that is called?) or the coral? I love it!!
