This is for today's sketch.....using a digi and vellum...printed on computer. With this technique, you need a smooth surface paper like vellum or glossy. As soon as the printer comes out, the powder has to be applied. Using a fine powder works best. Heat set as usual. I took acrylic paint and colored pencil to do the apple blossoms. Fussy cut them out. When doing this technique...usually fill the whole page, and then there's numerous elements for different cards. The flowers were to be the vertical panel....it looked better on this particular card to slant this panel. Scored, paper pierced and added the bow. Gluing vellum can be a problem. The best method for me is to take tombow glue...spread it on aluminum foil, and with a sponge dab it on the vellum. Works well, and no puckering or glue marks showing. TFL

Not only is your artwork fabulous, Linda but so is your talent for design! I've never had any luck coloring on vellum so I bow to you for that one! Thank you too for all the tips in your description!
