After the temptation of Solomon, I went to the temptation of Jesus (which He won of course).
We forget Satan was not ugly in appearance no matter how we try to make it so, the same is true with most temptation. It looks safe, or pretty, or enticing, but it is not. Hold fast to the Lord.

Nancy, are you DRAWING these images? Didn't see a stamp mentioned. If you are, you are ONE outstanding artist! That image is remarkable and a true representation of temptation! WOW!

Wow! That face jumps out of the gallery. I am doing a Beth Moore Bible study on Thursday mornings and she mentioned the same thing about Satan. That he masquerades as an angel of light.

Wow, Nancy I agree with the others, your drawing of the face of Satan, our tempter is fabulous! Yes, we may be tempted but thankfully if we know Christ as our Savior, we can overcome the temptation. Love your choice of Scripture and so thankful that you shared with all of us! Hugs and have a blessed week, sweet friend!
