I made a valentine for my DH for the red, black and white all over color challenge. I used an approximately 4 x 6 inch coloring sheet from a book my DD gave me for my birthday last Fall. I used sharpies to do the coloring. I spotlighted the center balloon by using 2 hearts cut from plantin schoolbook cartridge. I like to use the center point function. I get good layers that way. I used a little red stickles on just one heart in the center balloon. The 2nd heart was also cut from the cricut. Had fun making this relatively quick and easy card.
Thanks for taking a peek!

How fun that you are using something your DH gave you to give back to him!!! I'm sure he will get a kick out of that, and what a fab job you did with the zentangling!!!

I like the way you just coloured some of the balloons and used the hearts to frame the central one! Lovely card with some personal meaning for both you and your husband from your colouring book gift.

Oh My, this is so clever to use a coloring page which turned out so perfect for your DH. That big, bold heart is super and I like that you put glitter only on one tiny heart....
