Yesterday was Scout Sunday and my heart beams at the rows of Boy Scouts sitting in the pews ♥ My son is a 4th year scout (Tenderfoot) working on up to Eagle so today's card is a reflection of that. For February's Crafters of Faith group here on SCS, Barb was our hostess and asked us to use 1 Corinthians 16:14 as our scripture challenge ~ not necessarily a Valentine card, which was perfect, since mine reflects the love of my son and his strong faith in God ♥
I also wanted to try something new this year and it's to play in more challenges here on SCS - like the FS for this week! Congratulations Anita! I based my card on this one - I loved the crisp and clean look but changed the 1. image as my focal point and 2. added gems - kept the kraft color cs and the image/sentiment. Hi Kelly! Good to see you in the challenge. Great card! Congrats to your son for his achievements. He's on his way to that Eagle Scout. I like the CAS design of your card. The single word "honor" is just right for your purpose. Nicely done from your inspiration! TFS
