I used a piece of smooshed watercolor paper I made, using distress inks and gold color shine. I didn't want to cover up too much of it. The lower blushing bride panel was cut with my new Birch Press Design, dainty stitched heart border die, stamped with the sentiment and placed over the watercolor panel, on a blushing bride card base. Here's my inspiration.

Gorgeous valentine, Sue. Your "smooshed watercolor" panel is beautiful with the shine of the metallic gold...understandably, you did not want to cover it up. : )
