Stamped and embossed bells on Color Burst bg. Traced heart shapes and fussy cut, extending bells outside of heart. Used chalk pastels to stencil bg, stamped and embossed sentiment, scored lines in cardbase and bg panel. Popped up hearts with dimensional tape. TFL

I really like the soft look you got using the chalk pastels for stencilling, Carla, I must try that! It makes a perfect background for your anniversary bells. My half-sister's best friend used to be a bell-ringer in one of the cathedrals here, I'd totally forgotten that till Toni's challenge caused the memory to surface.

Lovely anniversary card! I remember those bells from the Christmas Peace set. I think I still have it. You did a wonderful job with the stamps and all the elements. The chalk gives a soft, romantic touch. Love the hearts. Well done. TFS
