Have white card base, then black and top layer was white before sponging. I used 2 sticky notes put down and sponged in between them, lifted and moved over putting one down just a little of first sponging for more color, and repeated around---using different shades of blue--where they met in center is covered by image. Water colored lighthouse, die cut with oval die sponged edges, then die cut the decorative oval in white and put lighthouse down on it, popping up with pop dots. Die cut the sentiment, sponging just the center while still in the die and then popped up. Put down dots of stickles here and there for glitz on background and on the light from lighthouse.

Ah, this was my first lighthouse stamp and I still love it. What a great encouraging sentiment too - but most of all I am looking at your sponged background and loving it so much. It picks up on the rays from the lighthouse and even has its own sparkle. It's really beautiful.

wow, the way you created the background is just wonderful and works so well with your lighthouse image which is colored so beautifully. The sentiment you choose is just perfect for this card. Very pretty.

Your sponged ray of light stood out right away how pretty. the way you did the different blues make it look like the different shadows of the light..well done. Perfect for your soft light house and wonderful sentiment..I have not heard that one before so neat...TFS..:0)
