These colors are beautiful together. However, my attempt at watercoloring isn't quite as beautiful as the picture of the image watercolored was in my head! I NEED Sallie to teach me watercoloring!!! But, I tried. I used an aqua brush. I framed the image with a spellbinders square die cut and sponged the Wild Wasbi green on the circles while the image was still in the die. I get extra points, or extra cookies, or extra fries for making it a Thank You card, don't I?

Lesley, don't be so hard on yourself. : ) Your card is lovely with the large pansy and circular die cut bg with soft shading. (IMO, watercolor is one of the hardest mediums to get "the hang" of. Thanks for your sweet words)

I need Sallie to teach me watercoloring too. I'm sorry for laughing, but your card title did give me a chuckle. The only way to get better is to practice, right? And until you get great at it, you will still have lovely cards like this one to send.

We could ALL use some of Sallie's instructions on water coloring. Nobody water colors like she does. To me, there is a learning curve, and all I can say is practice makes perfect. Your colors turned out so soft and sweet, Lesley! Your sponging is so pretty and you most certainly DO get extra cookies~ (or fries) : )
