Well, I think the kraft/red make this more of a "guy" card - that and the fact that there isn't much in the way of sparkle on it. At least that is what I'm telling myself since I plan to send it to my step-dad. LOL!
This card was totally inspired by this adorable card by lisa lara. I kept the envelope and sentiment as the focal point. I changed the card shape and color scheme. My envelope die lacks the cute stitches Lisa's had, so I decorated it by choosing the polka dot DSP and adding a little heart shaped button.
I cut the Bazzill panel just smaller than my card base and mounted it to a kraft (crumb cake?) card base.
