This is for two challenges: Featured Stamper for Lynne ~ Ruby-dooby-doo and the Color Challenge - Oh, hello! You're tempting and rich! Challenge dessert - die cut or punch.
I loved Lynne's gallery and her delightful whimsy and wonderful details. I selected this bright, cheery card.
I used the same stamp and kept the birthday theme. I love Lynne's stitched rectangle, but I don't have one, so I die-cut the image and a turquoise layer, then raised up both layers. I wanted to keep it "mail able", so instead of gems, I used Wink of Stella in the flower centers and on the heart. I stamped curly corners instead of the butterfly and rhinestones. I added a touch of scallop edging beneath the image, as she did on hers. I love the colors Lynne used, but I wanted to change them up for my case. The Color Challenge was perfect. I watercolored the image and stamped the corner & the sentiment. Lynne uses doodling and hand-drawn stitching on her cards, so I added some faux stitching in Razzleberry. This was a fun card to make and two terrific challenges to be inspired by. TFL

I love it! Especially because I can case it, lol......I bought this stamp set at a garage sale, and have not played with it much, but I do like it. I was stumped with the color challenge so it is nice to see what one can do with it! Your stitching looks great! Into my faves!

This is so spring like and bursting with joy! I love your take on the beautiful inspiration card and how you were able to incorporate today's colors into this card. Lovely framing around this sweet envelope of flowers too! Hugs! ~Karen

Sweet card! You are right, we are clever and very talented to pick the same card to CASE and use it for both challenges!
