DDABC21M: Make it merry so my sentiment is merry, merry.
DDABC19Y: yellow on the nutcracker, yo-yo spinner card
I followed the tutorial here on SCS to make a yo-yo spinner card. After making it, it didn't spin so well but my engineer DH worked it over for me and it works...most of the time. He had some design modification suggestions for the next time I make one.
I should add that the mustache spins when you pull the baker's twine. The stars are attached to the bottom of the baker's twine as a sort of handle for pulling.
Thanks for looking.

Great card. Love the fun image, the plaid paper and the gold. Fabulous job doing a new tutorial. Good idea to ask for hubby's help. I have an engineer hubby, too. Maybe he would be a good resource for those tricky tutorials. Thanks for the tip! Marvelous man with a mustache for Letter M and yellow & yo-yo spinner card for Letter Y. TFS

Nice job coloring him. Is it the mustache that spins? I'm going to have to check out the tutorial, after I catch up on cards of course. I like how you sponged around the framelit. Nice.

Does his mustache spin right around? Like Ann, I wish I could see this spin. Perfect plaid background paper for your nutcracker. I see the gold of the gelly roll pen which is a nice touch. Love the dangling stars!

Catherine, what a fantastic card this is - wow! You have colored him to the 9's and made his fancy handlebar mustache interactive too- I love that! This plaid dsp is so perfect for this image, and nice use of glittery elements too. Hugs my friend! ~Karen.
