I first used a variety of Stampin' Up! green inks to sponge the whisper white cardstock at the very bottom of the paper. I moved up, using yellows and then finally, oranges to complete the background to the scene. I then stamped the trees stamp from the Wonderland set, in a variety of green Stampin' Up! inks, at the very bottom section of the card. I die cut all of the clouds using the Up and Away thinlits and glued them so that occasionally the background would peak out from behind the clouds. I then die cut the balloon out of white cardstock and craft foam. I coloured in the balloon with the markers, and adhered the foam to the back of it. I then die cut the clouds that pop, out of white cardstock and foam, glued them together and assembled them, with the balloon, onto the card. The sentiment was inked using Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Marker and framed with the banner stamp from the You're So Lovely stamp set. I coloured the banner a bit around the edges to give it dimension. I then die cut the banner as well as the craft foam, adhered them together and glued them to the bottom right hand side of the card. The sentiment on the inside was also done the same. I adhered the enamel shape to the banner. The DSP is the inside flap.
Happy Stampin'!

Wonderful card. Love those overlapping clouds--looks just like the days we've been having lately. Thank you for describing how you did the background. It's really beautiful.
Thank you for always sharing your wonderful creations.
