Today's challenge - Key to my Heart. I've had the crochet heart and lace forever and today I dyed them with some vintage photo ink and water. I recycled an old box for the panel adding a strip of the lace. I distressed the ivory heart before adding the crochet heart with spray glue. I used a glue dot to add the tiny roses. A feather for fun and some tender words to finish. I would love to receive a card like this .... *giggles*

WOW! This is such a beautiful card, Sandie. I love the heart..of course it was saved (hoarded?) for just such an occasion. The difference in textures is fabulous!!

I'm with you, Sandie, this is my kind of Valentine too! Love what you did with the dying; So Beautiful! Lots of pretty texture not normally seen on a card, but that's what makes it so Special~

oh my goodness, I have some crocheted elements, but never used them since they are all white. Never even thought to ink them up. You've inspired me to try it. Now if I can just find where I stashed them. :-)
